Notice of Good Faith Estimate:
-
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical/mental health care will cost. Under law, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You may ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. You may find more information at http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
Music Therapy
“Music expresses that which cannot remain silent and that which cannot be put into words.” – Victor Hugo
Music Therapy is the clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program (American Music Therapy Association). Music affects many areas of our brain in ways other activities do not and can be highly motivational for many individuals! This allows music therapy to be an avenue for emotional expression, pain management, improved communication skills, enhancing motor skills, promoting wellness, and many other goals to further create harmony in your life!
